cidade saudável

context

The Cidade Saudável (Healthy City) platform was created to support city governments in preventive health management through technology and data.
As a UX/UI Designer, my mission was to translate all this potential into a landing page that would spark interest from public managers and clearly show the platform’s value.

opportunity

Despite being a powerful solution, the initial communication was too technical and unclear.
Public managers couldn’t quickly understand how the platform helped in their day-to-day work.
The challenge was clear: reposition the platform with a more strategic, attractive, and accessible message, without losing technical depth.

process and approach

With limited time and scattered information, my focus was on clarity and strategy:

  • Identified key jobs-to-be-done for public managers

  • Analyzed benchmarks from both public and private sectors

  • Organized features into clear value pillars

  • Designed a lean information architecture focused on conversion

  • Applied UX writing and UI best practices to build trust and authority

final solution

The result was a modern, responsive landing page centered on the end user: the public manager.
The new page presents the platform’s key benefits with clarity, strategic use of data, and a clear CTA for contacting the sales team.

impact and learnings

The project had a direct impact on the number of leads received by the sales team and improved communication during institutional presentations.
It was a powerful exercise in strategic design, focused on clarity, value, and positioning.

my role

I worked as the UX/UI Designer in a lean team alongside product and sales. I was responsible for:

  • Gathering requirements and understanding the target audience

  • Information architecture and landing structure

  • Full visual design (UI)

  • Writing microcopy and shaping communication hierarchy

  • Presentation and final handoff to the sales team

conclusion

This project taught me the power of clear visual communication to unlock the value of complex solutions.
