esSense Design System
Adopted by about 10 products and modules.
I built the Design System from scratch, from an audit of 4 products.
Sensedia, 2022 to 2023. Team of 6 designers. 50+ documented components.

Developer Portal
Built from scratch: users update and customize their own portal, without opening a ticket.
Before, everything went through tickets to the support team.
Sensedia, 2022 to 2023. Reduced scope, negotiated with leadership.

Hero Design System v2
Assessment with 10+ people: score of 2.2 out of 5.
The restructuring started there. v1 was stabilized and v2 was designed, but it stopped before development.
Conexa Saúde, 2025 to 2026. Team of 8 designers.

Prototype tested, not launched
Toll Management for Fleets
All flows redesigned and tested with one client, with 6 participants.
I cross-referenced 3 data sources to find where fleet managers got stuck. The project stopped at prototype.
Zallpy, for Edenred Brasil, 2024 to 2025. Sole designer.

Senior Product Designer (Design Ops & Design System)
- Design System maturity assessment with 10+ people: score of 2.2 out of 5 across 7 dimensions.
- Stabilized v1, used by 8 designers and the front-end team, and built v2 with semantic tokens for light, dark and white label.
- Co-ownership with the front-end Tech Lead. Go-to person for UI across the teams. Used generative AI for research, synthesis and drafting models and proposals for v2.

Zallpy Digital (software consultancy), client Edenred Brasil (Repom). Remote.
Product Designer - Consultancy
- Sole designer of the Toll Management product, supporting 3 PMs, each responsible for a client portfolio.
- Analytics, Clarity and Userpilot data, all flows redesigned, and a remote test with one client (6 participants). The project stopped at prototype.
- Co-creation sessions with PMs and POs. ChatGPT to sketch ideas, support insight analysis and, in part, for wireframing.

Sensedia (API management). Remote.
Product Designer
- esSense Design System from scratch, from an audit of 4 products. 50+ components, adopted by about 10 products and modules.
- Developer Portal built from scratch, with reduced scope negotiated with leadership. Interviewed Sensedia developers and, on other products, customers.
- Biweekly governance with the team of 6 designers. Co-creation sessions with PMs and POs. ChatGPT to sketch ideas and support the analysis of research results and insights. Go-to person for UI on the team.

Sysvale Softgroup (public healthcare management software). Remote.
UX/UI Designer
- Interfaces for the Cidade Saudável platform, from flows and wireframes to prototypes, and the product landing page.
- Helped restructure the medical appointment scheduling flow. Took part in design sprints with the product and development teams.
- Worked directly with the development team in agile cycles.
How I use AI in my process
I use AI to support my thinking, not to replace decisions. Three real examples.
- Conexa Saúde
- I used generative AI for research, synthesis and drafting models and proposals for v2, before starting work on the Design System. I also designed the v2 architecture to be readable by AI. That integration has not been implemented yet.
- Sensedia
- I used ChatGPT to sketch ideas and support the analysis of research results and insights.
- Zallpy, on the Edenred product
- I used ChatGPT the same way and, in part, for wireframing.
My coding experience is still AI-assisted, not independent.
About
Senior Product Designer with 5+ years in B2B and healthcare digital platforms, including regulated sectors (healthcare and public sector). I work from discovery to delivery, with user-centered design: qualitative and quantitative research, usability testing, user flows, UI, interaction design, prototyping in Figma and handoff to engineering, in agile cycles.
I have solid experience in Design Systems. I built Sensedia's Design System from scratch and diagnosed and restructured Conexa Saúde's, with design tokens, governance and accessibility (WCAG). I work closely with front-end teams, in co-ownership with Tech Leads.
I facilitate co-creation sessions with PMs and POs to prioritize features, improvements and roadmap.
